1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the AKSBit Systems website or entering a digital development agreement with our engineering team, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
AKSBit Systems provides custom full-stack web development, ERP/CRM architecture, database modeling, cloud deployments, and performance optimization services[cite: 1, 2]. Detailed milestone deliverables are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed prior to project kick-off.
3. Code Ownership & IP Rights
Upon complete settlement of agreed project dues, all custom frontend components, backend endpoints, and tailored business logic transfer fully to the client[cite: 3]. AKSBit Systems retains the non-exclusive right to showcase non-confidential screenshots and interface previews within commercial showcase portfolios unless explicitly restricted by an NDA[cite: 1, 3].
4. Limitation of Liability
While we adhere to strict quality-assurance testing and security protocols, AKSBit Systems is not liable for third-party hosting downtimes, upstream API breaks, or unapproved third-party modifications to deployed source code.
5. Jurisdiction
All contractual agreements are governed by the laws and statutory regulations of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
