Refund & Cancellation

1. Milestone-Based Billing

Because our engineering solutions involve bespoke architecture design, dedicated server provisions, and hands-on coding, services are billed across structured milestones (e.g., Discovery/Architecture, Core Development, and Production Release).

2. Cancellation Protocol

A client may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice. In such events, payment is due for all milestone hours and engineering work delivered up to the official termination notice date.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Architecture Stage: Initial discovery fees are non-refundable once architecture wireframes and database schemas have been delivered.
• Active Development: If AKSBit Systems fails to meet mutual milestone specifications agreed upon in the signed SOW, an internal review will determine proportional adjustments or partial refunds.
• Live Deployed Projects: Once final source code and deployment keys are transferred to client production environments, transactions are deemed final and non-refundable[cite: 3].

4. Dispute Settlement
